We're excited to be recruiting for a Senior Content Growth Engine Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced content and creative operations leader - perfect for someone passionate about scaling high-impact content, driving brand growth, and building high-performing international teams .

You'll be responsible for leading and scaling our centralised content function, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality content that drives measurable brand and commercial growth across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

Lead a Central Content Function

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Content Growth Engine, ensuring efficient and prioritised delivery
• Build, develop, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team across countries (design, video, production, editorial)
• Foster a culture of quality, pace, accountability, and continuous development

Deliver Efficient and Effective Content

• Run a high-volume content pipeline with strong project management (workflow, capacity, timelines, quality)
• Oversee end-to-end content production across multiple brands, markets, and formats
• Ensure content meets high standards of quality, relevance, and impact

Drive Brand and Commercial Growth

• Apply strong understanding of brand-building and commercial performance drivers
• Ensure content contributes to brand growth, penetration, and customer acquisition
• Deliver content that performs-not just content that is produced

Partner and Influence

• Collaborate closely with brand marketing and activation teams
• Build and manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers
• Balance competing priorities and influence stakeholders to ensure focus and delivery

Support Transformation and Innovation

• Embed new processes, tools, and ways of working to improve efficiency
• Leverage AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and content impact
• Drive continuous improvement across the content function

About you

• Significant experience in content production or creative operations (agency or in-house)
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex content workflows and competing priorities
• Strong leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary and potentially international teams
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Strong understanding of brand-building and commercial growth drivers
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills, including decision-making in complex environments
• Experience working with external agencies and creative partners
• Interest in and experience with generative AI tools applied to content creation
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to operate cross-functionally
• Comfortable working in an international context (UK & France exposure desirable)
• Willingness to travel between sites as needed
