ENTER THE GAME
As Director of the Training Institute, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the company's growth and innovation objectives.
You will play a key role in developing employee skills through tailored programs and innovative learning initiatives.
YOUR ROLE AT BETCLIC
In this context, your main responsibilities will include:
Define the Group's Training Strategy:
Analyze, design, and deploy a consistent training offer tailored to local specificities and aligned with the Group's overall strategic goals.
Align training priorities with the current and future needs of teams across the organization.
Design and Deploy Training Programs:
Create and structure modular, customized training paths adapted to the Group's various roles and business areas.
Develop or oversee the production of innovative learning content (videos, interactive courses, assessments, case studies).
Implement and manage training technologies (LMS platforms, collaborative learning tools, etc.).
Lead Training Initiatives and Ensure Their Impact:
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by analyzing feedback and adjusting content as needed.
Manage the Training Institute's budget and optimize learning investments.
Collaborate with external providers and internal experts to deliver tailored training solutions.
Integrate cutting-edge technologies into programs (e.g., AI-driven learning tools).
Establish strategic partnerships with universities, schools, and training organizations to stay ahead of market trends.
Manage Partnerships and Drive Pedagogical Innovation:
Develop and maintain relationships with academic and training partners.
Continuously innovate in learning formats and methodologies to ensure a dynamic, forward-thinking training experience.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!
This job is for you if:
- You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in a relevant field (Human Resources Management, Educational Engineering, Management, Educational Sciences, etc.).
- You have at least 10 years of successful experience managing a training institute, with expertise in educational engineering and complex project management.
- You are proficient in modern pedagogical methods and tools, as well as LMS (Learning Management System) platforms.
- You have led strategic training projects involving multiple countries and diverse stakeholders.
- You demonstrate excellent leadership and coordination skills, along with strong attention to detail in managing complex projects.
- You have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and engage teams around a shared vision
- And finally, you speak English and French fluently.
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
- If your application is shortlisted, you will be contacted by Pierre within a week for a 30-minute HR pre-qualification interview.
- You will then be invited to complete the AssessFirst test (covering personality, motivation, and cognitive ability).
- You will then meet Xavier – Chief People Officer – followed by a Use Case exercise before meeting Nicolas – CEO.
- Pierre will conduct a final HR interview where you will also discuss the results of your AssessFirst Test.
To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically lasts 4 to 8 weeks
