ENTER THE GAME

As Product Director – Sports Betting Apps , you will lead the long-term product strategy and its execution for all our mobile applications in the Sports Betting vertical (team of ~150 people).

You will manage 2 Tribes (each with 4 cross-functional squads including PMs, POs, Designers, UX, and Data roles) and a Product Marketing department responsible for promoting our Sports Betting offering to millions of users — more than 30 people overall.

You will define 3-year strategic priorities, coordinate medium-term execution, and be accountable for the overall product performance and operations within your scope.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

Your main missions will include:

• Define and lead the 3-year strategy for our mobile applications (features, UX/UI experience, betting offer catalog), and influence the overall company product vision.

• Ensure that both Tribes under your responsibility are aligned with this vision and able to deliver and operate key functionalities, setting clear missions, OKRs, and scopes (in collaboration with your Heads of Product).

• Contribute actively to building the 3-year P&L for the Sports Betting business (billions in revenue) and oversee app performance tracking in partnership with the CPO.

• Structure and lead the product organization and annual staffing plans based on business ambitions, including recruitment, team development, and role definition across your department.

• Drive all Tribe members, ensuring strategic alignment, efficient Discovery and Delivery, smooth operations, and coherent roadmaps.

• Manage the Product Marketing team responsible for offer marketing to commercial teams, cross-functional initiative alignment, and the definition and execution of promotional bonus operations (~€100M annually).

• Champion Betclic's customer-focused, impact-driven, simplicity-oriented, and innovation-led product culture, while influencing cross-functional teams.

• Represent the Product leadership in COMEX-level discussions, public/internal events, and major strategic decision-making.

• And finally, you speak English fluently.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and visionary product leaders who bring clarity, ambition, and leadership to our mission.

This job is for you if:

• You have 12+ years of experience in Product Management and at least 5 years as Chief Product Officer or equivalent in a fast-scaling, digital pure player operating B2C mobile apps.

• You are a natural leader, fully user-centric, and thrive on rallying teams around ambitious goals.

• You are comfortable with rapid growth and constant reinvention — adjusting your organization and roadmap over a 2–3 year horizon.

• You have experience managing teams of 30+ people, including multiple layers of hierarchy.

• You bring deep Product and Business acumen and master all core Product Management frameworks (Discovery, Delivery, Product Strategy, OKRs), as well as complex budget and P&L management.

• You are data-driven and results-oriented, with a focus on measurable value.

• And finally, you speak English fluently (a must-have).

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

Then, you will meet the Chief Product Officer – Sports Betting. Plus, you'll spend a half-day onsite in Bordeaux for 4–5 interviews with your future colleagues:
