ENTER THE GAME

The Marketing Operations team is made up of CRM specialists from different countries, all focused on one thing: strengthening customer engagement at every stage of the player lifecycle.

As part of the Marketing Operations team in an international environment, you will help shape and manage the CRM strategy, working in an agile way to develop and refine innovative campaigns. You will focus particularly on markets featuring online Casino and Poker.

YOUR RO LE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

• You will help manage a range of programmes designed to increase engagement and value among our active customers.
• You will help deliver engagement campaigns, from selecting the right communication channels and defining customer segments to operational deployment, briefing and coordinating with the relevant teams (Content, Studio, Data, Customer Service, and others).
• You will act as a facilitator. Your in-depth understanding of how the team works will help you improve processes, centralise and resolve recurring issues, and boost overall efficiency.
• You will provide operational support for the rollout of campaigns across different markets.
• As part of campaign monitoring, you will maintain comprehensive reporting on customer engagement, campaign progress and associated costs.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm! 

This internship is for you if: 

• You are currently completing a Master's degree in Digital Marketing and have some initial experience in CRM.
• You enjoy working with well-executed processes and can thrive in a constantly changing environment.
• You can manage several priorities at once. You are responsive, curious and thorough, with a strong analytical mindset.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is selected, Sébastien will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening call (30 minutes).
You will then be invited to complete the AssessFirst test (covering personality, motivations, and cognitive abilities).

Next, you'll meet with your future manager for a technical and team-fit interview.
Finally, you'll have a final HR interview with Sébastien, where you'll also review and discuss your AssessFirst results together.

To ensure a smooth and candidate-friendly experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically takes between 4 to 6 weeks.
