ENTER THE GAME

As a Jira Administrator, you will join the Service Management team composed of 4 members, responsible for ensuring compliance with ITIL methodologies across Betclic teams and managing transversal tools.

Your role is to oversee the administration of Atlassian tools, implement new projects, support existing configurations (Workflows, Screens, Status, Automations, plugins), and ensure best practices are followed in line with Atlassian standards and Betclic's needs.

You will act as a mentor for these tools, helping teams operate in an Agile mode, and advise on optimizations and necessary plugins to enhance business activities. Additionally, you will ensure the organization of Confluence is optimized through usage reports and strategic advice for information management.

YOUR RO LE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Administer and maintain the Atlassian Cloud platform.
• Advise teams on necessary evolutions and improvements.
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions around our tool suite (Atlassian Jira, Confluence, PagerDuty, etc.)
• Design and maintain analytical dashboards in EazyBI and Atlassian Analytics
• Regularly clean and optimize the Atlassian environment.
• Understand team requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Assist in improving our ITIL processes through innovative technical solutions.
• Conduct active technological watch on the latest trends and on the constantly evolving Atlassian ecosystemand
• Propose creative solutions to address our challenges.
• Explore and leverage Atlassian's powerful AI features to continuously improve the ecosystem and its integration across the company.

TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT

• Atlassian Jira Service Management,Jira Software, and Jira product Discovery
• Atlassian Assets
• Atlassian Analytics
• Atlassian Confluence
• Scripting in Python and/or PowerShell
• Microsoft O365 and Powerautomate.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role or environment.
• You have already administered a Jira/Confluence platform in a Cloud environment.
• You have a strong interest in automation.
• You possess solid scripting skills, a good understanding of APIs, and want to work in a challenging professional environment.
• You are proficient with Atlassian tools and ideally hold relevant certifications.
• You have ability to work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
• You are familiar with the software development lifecycle and can optimize Atlassian tool integration within engineering processes.
• You have already contributed to projects using version control tools
• You are dynamic, independent, and innovation-oriented.
• You speak English fluently.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Sébastien will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes).

Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Antoine, Service Management Manager , your future manager.

About two weeks later, you will either take a technical test with one of our Jira Administrator experts.

Finally, Sébastien will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
