Conversational AI Delivery Manager

As part of a strategic program, we are looking for a Conversational AI Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered conversational solutions .

You will work on advanced use cases involving:

LLMs, Agentic AI, chatbots, voicebots, and conversational interfaces at scale.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Conversational AI projects
• Define and drive project roadmap, priorities, and execution strategy
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: AI Engineers, Designers, Product, Business stakeholders
• Act as the main client-facing contact on delivery topics
• Ensure alignment with technical constraints, quality standards, and SLAs
• Monitor KPIs, performance, and delivery health
• Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
• Lead client rituals: weekly reviews, demos, retrospectives
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable plans
• Drive continuous improvement and scalability of AI systems
• Support backlog prioritization and Agile execution
• Ensure strong visibility through reporting and dashboards

Must have:

• Proven experience delivering LLM / Agentic AI / Conversational AI projects
• Strong understanding of chatbots, voicebots, NLU, STT/TTS ecosystems
• Experience in client-facing delivery roles
• Strong command of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage complex, high-stakes environments
• Data-driven mindset
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Additional EU language (French, German…)
• Experience with tools like Jira, Smartsheet
• Strong interest in AI innovation and emerging technologies

• Work on cutting-edge AI systems (LLM, Agentic AI)
