Senior Bid Manager - France

As part of our development, we are looking for a Senior Bid Manager to manage the group's strategic offers, in direct contact with the technical, sales and management teams.

🎯 Your mission

You are at the heart of the responses to our structured and/or result-based opportunities, from identification to signature.

You orchestrate the response with a strategic, structured and creative approach, coordinating all stakeholders (expertise, delivery, trade, legal, etc.).

👉 This role is cross-functional and key to the success of our projects.

🚀 Your responsibilities

• Manage structured and/or committed offers (skills centers, packages, service centers) from end to end.
• Structure and monitor the response schedule, ensure the animation of internal milestones.
• Work hand in hand with the technical teams to build differentiating and competitive solutions.
• Ensure the quality, clarity, and impact of deliverables submitted to the customer.
• Lead the reviews of our various committees (GO/NO GO, BID/NO BID).
• Capitalize on feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of methods and tools.

🧠 Desired profile

• Experience as a Bid Manager, Pre-Sales Project Manager or Complex Offer Manager.
• Excellent project management, multi-stakeholder coordination and business storytelling skills.
• Ability to navigate demanding environments (regulatory, pharmaceutical, industrial, etc.).
• Comfortable speaking and writing, in French and English.
• Autonomy, sense of organization, rigor and team spirit.
• Knowledge of the life sciences industry is an asset.
