What's included

The package covers transportation reimbursement – for people commuting to work, 50% of the public transport pass is covered by the employer, pluxee meal voucher card – allowance 9 EUR/worked day, 50% paid by the employee and 50% by the employer, and RTT – As our working week is 39 hours, employees will receive 1 hour of RTT (Reduction of working time) per week, i.e. 6 days of RTT per year, and will receive overtime compensation for the rest of the working time (i.e. for 3 hours per week, above the statutory basic working hours of 35 hours per week).

• Person must posses a solid commercial awarness and personality that leans towards sales and Business development (meaning, someone who can attract, engage and convert both potential clients and candidates)
• Strong communicator with persuasion, negotiation & customer-oriented skills
• Recent graduate (no prior recruitment experience) or people up to 35 (approx) who are not established in their career path and who are trainable (example: great fit can be 35 year old person with a proper attitude and amazing communication skills coming from hospitality or a help desk, as these are entry level jobs
• Native/fluent French oral & written and fluent English (minimum B2)
