ENTER THE GAME

As Senior Product Marketing Manager , you will help shape the growth of Betclic Casino by translating business, customer and market insights into clear strategies, compelling product launches and impactful marketing plans.

You will play a key role in strengthening Casino's positioning, increasing product adoption, engaging our players and unlocking new growth opportunities.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be to:

• Define and lead a clear and ambitious Casino Product marketing vision and roadmap across short- and long-term business priorities, customer segments and key commercial moments.

• Develop and deliver go-to-market strategies that accelerate the adoption of new products, features, promotional mechanics and player experiences.

• Anticipate key business moments and coordinate impactful marketing plans around seasonal campaigns, sporting events, product activations and cross-product initiatives.

• Translate customer, market, competitive and performance insights into clear recommendations, prioritized initiatives and actionable plans.

• Own the positioning, value proposition, naming, target audiences, messaging and adoption strategy for new launches.

• Partner closely with Product teams to ensure customer and market insights inform product development and commercial priorities.

• Coordinate with CRM, Marketing Operations, Content, Creative, Analytics and local teams to turn strategic plans into effective, high-quality execution.

• Lead cross-functional projects from strategy to execution, creating alignment and momentum through clear ownership, prioritization, timelines and follow-up.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm and for an experienced, autonomous and proactive professional who want to contribute to a team while having a real impact on the future of Casino.

This job is for you if:

• You have 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing ideally in a tech, digital or product-led company.

• You have experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies for products, features or customer experiences.

• You have worked in highly cross-functional environments, partnering with Product, Marketing, CRM, Analytics and Operations teams.

• You have a strong business and data-driven mindset, balancing customer value, growth, profitability and execution constraints.

• You can turn customer, market and performance insights into actionable plans across the full lifecycle, from acquisition and engagement to retention, reactivation and cross-selling.

• You are curious about customer behavior, digital products, Casino and/or the online gaming industry, with strong competitive and market analysis skills.

• You can manage multiple projects and stakeholders, create alignment, communicate clearly and maintain strong priorities.

• You are proactive, structured and autonomous, with strong organizational and presentation skills, a willingness to challenge existing ways of working and previous experience leading projects or mentoring team members.

• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

• If your application is shortlisted, Benoit will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes)

• Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning) and a use case

• Next, you will meet Etienne, Growth Manager Casino, your future manager, and Geoffroy, Head of Casino

• Then, you will work on a case study to present to Etienne and Geoffroy

• Finally, you will meet Benoit again to review your Assessfirst results

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
