- Develop a strong understanding of Trading workflows and the tools that support them, ensuring our platform evolves with business needs and regulatory changes. In collaboration with PM and Trading stakeholders, improve existing processes, identify inefficiencies or automation opportunities.
- Contribute to the overall Sports Offering product strategy and identify projects to develop trading tools for managing the best betting and odds offerings.
- Gather user needs, identify friction points, contribute to discoveries led by PM/Lead PO, and estimations of new projects each quarter.
- Ensure backlog items meet Definition of Ready before sprint planning, through clear acceptance criteria and refinement, follow their execution, and validate them within the given deadlines.
- Prioritize the backlog, plan, coordinate sprints, ensure good scrum/agile practices within your squad, and anticipate dependencies with other squads to secure delivery timelines
- Ensure product quality, documentation, adherence to internal best practices, and perform functional analyses, RUN prioritization and follow-up in case of incidents.
- Monitor the performance of KPIs defined in advance with the Lead PO, and ensure the implementation of structured data and tracking, as well as their insights with the Data Science department in a continuous improvement logic of our product.
- Collaborate daily with IT departments (especially the EM of your squad with whom you form a duo), Trading support desk, Design (UX/UI), Data, GenAI, Customer Service, and Compliance, as well as all squads of other products.
- You have a background in Engineering/Business School with a Master's degree (BAC+5) or equivalent.
- You have at least 5 years of significant experience as a Product Owner, working on internal platforms or complex B2B/B2C systems.
- You have a strong Product culture and master the main techniques and frameworks of Product Management (Discovery, Delivery, Product Strategy, etc.).
- You're used to working with internal stakeholders and understanding complex trading operational needs.
- You are data-driven and know how to measure the impact of implemented solutions.
- You're an expert at transforming conflicting or ambiguous inputs from internal stakeholders into clear and actionable plans.
- You are comfortable discussing technical topics with engineering teams and understand the fundamentals of back-end systems, APIs, and monitoring, enabling you to make informed product decisions without being a developer.
- You have excellent communication skills, empathy, and organizational abilities.
- You speak English fluently (French is a plus!).
- If your application is shortlisted, Benoit will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
- About two weeks later, you will meet Pierre , Lead PO of Offer Core, your future manager,
- Next, you will work on a case study to present to Pierre, Lead PO of Offer Core. followed by Pietro , Head of Product Offer Core
- Finally, Benoit will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
