B2B Account Executive

We're excited to be recruiting for a B2B Account Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional, perfect for someone passionate about new business development, customer relationship management, and driving sustainable commercial growth.

While INSPIRED Pet Nutrition is home to a portfolio of leading pet food brands, this role is exclusively dedicated to Ultra Premium Direct , one of our fastest-growing pet nutrition brands. You will focus entirely on developing Ultra Premium Direct's professional customer network and commercial presence.

Based in Agen, this role has a strong field-sales dimension and includes regular travel to visit customers, prospects, industry events, and commercial partners within your territory. You'll be responsible for growing a portfolio of breeders and professional customers, acquiring new business opportunities, and building long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth and customer loyalty for Ultra Premium Direct.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of breeders and professional customers, building strong and lasting commercial partnerships.
• Prospect and acquire new customers through field visits, telephone outreach, networking activities, and industry events.
• Conduct customer meetings, present Ultra Premium Direct products and services, and provide tailored solutions based on customer needs.
• Negotiate and close commercial opportunities while ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage customer orders, follow-up actions, and day-to-day commercial activities to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Monitor sales activity, maintain accurate CRM records, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reporting.
• Represent Ultra Premium Direct at trade shows, industry events, and commercial initiatives to generate leads and new business opportunities.

About you

• Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, account management, or customer development roles.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills with a track record of delivering commercial results.
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Customer-focused with a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.
• Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage a sales territory.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, reporting systems, and sales performance metrics.
• Experience within animal nutrition, agriculture, FMCG, or related sectors would be an advantage.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly as part of a field-based commercial role.
• Fluent French is essential , as this role is dedicated to the French market and involves daily interactions with French-speaking breeders, professional customers, prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders.
