ENTER THE GAME

As a Data Protection Intern, you will join the Data Protection Office, under the supervision of the Data Protection Officer (DPO), and help implement and monitor GDPR compliance across the Group.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Handle data subject rights requests in coordination with the Customer Service team
• Help draft data protection agreements in collaboration with the Legal Department
• Contribute to maintaining various data processing records
• Support the follow-up of GDPR compliance actions across departments
• Promote privacy awareness and help spread a “data protection by design” culture internally
• Conduct legal and regulatory monitoring on personal data protection topics

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring dedication, accuracy, and open-mindedness!

This internship is for you if:

• You are currently enrolled in a Master's degree (preferably Law with a focus on Data Privacy / IT Law, Business, or Management) and looking for a 6-month internship
• You have a solid understanding of GDPR and French Data Protection Law
• You are versatile, autonomous, and eager to learn
• You enjoy working with cross-functional teams and have great interpersonal skills
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken, daily use)
• You have ideally completed a previous internship in a corporate or legal environment

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes).

You will then meet Arnaud, DPO, your future mentor.

Finally, Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes around 4 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
