As part of the development of our Digital Hub in Bordeaux , we are recruiting a Senior Full Stack Java Developer F/H . You will be involved in the entire development chain, in a large-scale agile environment, with a strong culture of collaboration, sharing, and continuous improvement. Your main missions will be:

• Participate in the functional and technical analysis of needs
• Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end functionalities
• Ensure the quality, robustness, and maintainability of the produced code
• Actively participate in code reviews and continuous improvement
• Contribute to the implementation and evolution of unit and integration tests
• Work in an Agile / SAFe context, with multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in technical exchanges with developers, POs, architects, and testers
• Contribute to the collective dynamic of the team and the development of the hub's expertise
• Be a force for proposal on the use of AI in your development, documentation, and productivity optimization activities

This position is to be filled at our Bordeaux Agency and requires being able to go on-site 2 to 3 times a week. We are looking for a versatile Full Stack developer, comfortable with both front-end and back-end, with a real ability to work across the entire development chain. You have 5 years of experience in software development, ideally in a complex, agile, and collaborative environment. Beyond technical skills, we attach particular importance to your soft skills , your collaborative attitude, and your ability to integrate sustainably into a team dynamic:

• Team spirit : knowing how to work in synergy with many interlocutors with varied profiles (developers, POs, architects, testers...)
• Communication : being able to communicate clearly, share your progress, and report your blockages without hesitation, participate in technical meetings
• Adaptability : quickly integrate into a complex and constantly evolving organization. Able to quickly gain skills in mobile technologies such as Kotlin or SwiftUI
• Humility and curiosity : accepting feedback during code reviews and constantly seeking to improve
• Reliability : keeping your commitments and actively contributing to the collective success of the team

Required technical skills:

• Back-end: Node JS, Java, Spring Boot, Thymeleaf
• Front-end: Angular, Vue.js 2 & 3, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
• Tests: Unit tests (TU), Integration tests
• Methods: SAFe, Agile, Code review, CI/CD

Valued asset

• Experience or interest in using Microsoft Copilot or Claude Code
