ENTER THE GAME

Following the combination of Betclic, Tipico, and Admiral, we are building a best-in-class Group Finance function to support the future of Banijay Gaming, a €3bn revenue business operating across multiple jurisdictions. This is a unique opportunity to join the Finance Strategic team and play a central role in one of the Group's most ambitious transformation programmes.

As Finance Transformation Project Manager, you will initially lead the ERP strategy, Finance systems assessment, and implementation programme before progressively coordinating a broader portfolio of Finance Transformation initiatives. Working closely with Finance, Technology, Procurement, Data, Operations, and executive leadership, you will help define the future Finance technology landscape and deliver the Group Finance Target Operating Model.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

ERP & P2P strategy & selection program

• Manage the Group ERP & P2P strategy and selection initiative
• Assess the current ERP, Finance, and Procure-to-Pay landscape across Betclic, Tipico, and Admiral
• Ensure ERP decisions support the future Group Finance operating model and combination objectives
• Coordinate all advisory activities, workshops, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement
• Review and challenge advisory recommendations to ensure alignment with Group objectives
• Monitor timelines, risks, dependencies, budget, and quality of deliverables
• Drive alignment and ensure effective collaboration between advisors, Finance teams, IT teams, and executive stakeholders
• Prepare decision materials and recommendations for executive leadership and steering/operational committees

Finance Transformation Programme Management

• Manage the ERP and P2P implementation program across the Group
• Act as primary counterpart to the ERP editor and implementation partner
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across Finance, Procurement, Technology, Data, and Operations
• Coordinate business process and design workshops,
• Ensure alignment between system design and future-state operating model
• Facilitate decision-making across Finance, Procurement, IT, and Transformation stakeholders
• Minimize unnecessary customizations and promote fit-to-standard approaches
• Lead the data migration strategy and execution
• Drive the Change Management & Business Readiness

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

• You have 8 to 10+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, ERP implementation, consulting, post-merger integration, or large-scale transformation programmes.
• You have successfully led complex ERP implementation projects from strategy through delivery.
• You possess strong knowledge of Finance operating model transformation, Finance processes, and process harmonization.
• You have excellent project and programme management capabilities, with experience coordinating multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
• You demonstrate strong financial acumen and a genuine interest in Finance systems and financial data ecosystems.
• You are comfortable working with senior executives and managing relationships across Finance, IT, Procurement, Data, and external partners.
• You are an excellent communicator with strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• You thrive in fast-paced, international, and evolving environments where collaboration and adaptability are essential.
• You are fluent in English.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, our recruiter will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet the VP Strategic Finance, your future manager, followed by a senior Finance executive.

About two weeks later, you may complete a business case or project discussion related to Finance Transformation and ERP implementation.

Finally, our recruiter will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
