Customer Service & Logistics Partner

We're excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service & Logistics Partner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced logistics and customer service professional, perfect for someone passionate about driving exceptional service performance, strengthening customer relationships, and enabling seamless fulfilment operations.

You'll be responsible for acting as the dedicated logistics and customer service lead for your business unit-ensuring operational excellence, supporting sales growth, and delivering an outstanding customer experience through strong collaboration across commercial, logistics, and customer teams.

Responsibilities

Business Unit Leadership

• Serve as the logistics and customer experience representative on the Business Unit leadership team
• Maintain a deep understanding of daytoday operations, challenges, and priorities
• Translate business unit needs into actionable service and logistics strategies

Service Level Ownership

• Monitor and drive performance on OTIF, RFT, CSAT, and other service KPIs
• Lead rapid resolution of service issues, minimising disruption to customers
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Customer Relationship Enhancement

• Build strong relationships with key customers and fulfilment partners
• Support commercial teams in resolving fulfilmentrelated customer concerns
• Use customer feedback to inform planning and service improvement

Sales Enablement

• Ensure fulfilment operations enable sales growth
• Support seasonal and promotional planning with logistics insights
• Identify opportunities where improved service contributes directly to sales performance

Strategic Project Support

• Represent the BU in groupwide logistics and customer service projects
• Support planning, technology enhancements, and process redesign

Reporting & Communication

• Provide regular updates to leadership on service performance, risks, and opportunities
• Communicate logistics impacts proactively and clearly
• Maintain visibility of upcoming customer trends or risks

About you

• Proven experience in a branded or FMCG environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• Familiarity with the pet food industry (desirable)
• Strong problemsolving and rootcause analysis skills
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical capability
• Degree calibre or extensive FMCG customer service/logistics experience
