ENTER THE GAME

Under the supervision of the TV Producer Manager and supported by an experienced Motion Designer, you will join a passionate creative team driven by sports and gaming as a Video Editor Assistant .

We are looking for someone who enjoys crafting engaging video content through editing, has a strong sense of storytelling and rhythm, and is eager to bring creative ideas to life. Motion design skills are a plus to enhance videos with simple animations and dynamic visual elements. We highly value a profile that thrives in a collaborative environment, contributes to the team's creative energy, and delivers high-quality audiovisual content.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Edit promotional videos and social media content for a wide range of channels, formats and audiences.
• Contribute to the creation of video communication campaigns for our Sports, Casino, Poker and Turf products, as well as for Betclic's brand communication.
• Adapt and optimize video content for different platforms and media.
• Create simple motion design animations to enrich video content and strengthen visual storytelling.
• Bring innovation and creative energy through editing, pacing, sound design and visual storytelling.

Contribute to ongoing creative, video and motion trend monitoring.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

This apprenticeship is for you if:

• You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in video editing, audiovisual production, motion design or a related creative field.
• You have a first experience in video editing (internship, freelance or personal projects). Experience in motion design is a plus.
• You have a genuine interest in one or more of our product universes (Sports, Casino, Poker or Turf) and know the Betclic brand.
• You have a strong sense of rhythm, storytelling and cinematographic composition.
• You are proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro . Knowledge of After Effects is a strong plus.
• You also know how to use other creative tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma...).
• You are comfortable using AI tools, curious about new technologies and able to leverage them when relevant.
• You are creative, proactive and full of ideas.
• You speak English well enough to collaborate with international team members.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Sébastien will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

You will then meet your future manager along with a Senior Designer.

If this step is successful, you will be asked to complete a short operational test (approximately 2 to 4 hours).

Finally, Sébastien will conduct a closing HR discussion to review your AssessFirst results and go through your feedback together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
