Project Manager - Industrial Transfer X/ M/Fð¼ What you will do:As part of your activities, you will be responsible for:Structuring each transfer project: defining scope, objectives, schedule, budget, and milestones.Ensuring the transfer of processes, methods, equipment, and technical documentation from the sending site to the receiving site.Taking into account capacities, equipment, and local constraints.Coordinating multidisciplinary teamsActing as an interface between the sending and receiving sites, as well as with subcontractors, suppliers, and customers, both in France and internationally.Training and supporting the teams at the receiving site to ensure they take ownership of the process and gain autonomy.Monitoring deviations (costs, deadlines, quality) and proposing corrective action plans.ð‍ð»ð§‍ð»Who are you?You hold a university degree at least equivalent to 5 years of higher education (engineering school or master’s degree) in industrial engineering or process engineering, and you have at least 5 years of experience in industrialization, technology transfer, or industrial project management.You have solid command of manufacturing processes and of the qualification and validation stages.Finally, you are proficient in English.ðRecruitment process:With us, the recruitment process takes place in 3 stages:First, you will meet Emma from our Talent Acquisition team, who is in charge of recruitment for the Bordeaux office.
