You will join one of our business-oriented data squads: Sports, Casino, Poker, Horse Racing, Payment, Account, Growth/Marketing, Safer Gaming, Fraud, Care, or Support Functions.

Your work will have a direct impact on major sports events, real-time player experience, content personalization, frictionless payment processes, fraud prevention, responsible gaming, compliance, and business performance.

The visible part for our business teams is Omni and self-serve analytics. The real engine is what you build behind it: reliable, scalable, tested, documented data products used every day by teams who truly depend on them.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines.
• Model data for analytics, BI, AI, and self-service use cases.
• Build Bronze, Silver, Gold, Semantic Layer, and Exposition Layer data models.
• Transform complex business problems into simple, durable, and scalable data products.
• Contribute to the increasing challenges of reactivity, freshness, and near real-time data needs.
• Implement a complete Tech Flow based on an “as-code everywhere” approach, covering the full delivery lifecycle: design, build, testing, integration, deployment, documentation, and monitoring.
• Improve the quality, performance, governance, and observability of our data pipelines.

TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

This job is for you if:

• You have at least 4 years of solid experience in a demanding data, analytics, BI engineering, or software engineering environment with a strong data focus.
• You have strong experience with modern Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering practices.
• You are technically curious, creative, and constantly learning.
• You are demanding when it comes to quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• You are able to transform unclear business needs into clear and reliable data solutions.
• You are comfortable working in autonomous squads and cloud environments.
• You enjoy automation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• You understand the value of product-oriented data engineering.
• You are excited by AI-augmented ways of working and already use AI tools to improve your productivity and delivery quality.
• You are motivated by building data products that are used every day and create measurable business impact.
• And finally, you speak English fluently

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Maxime will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes).

Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet your futur Manager.

You will then have a technical discussion with one of our Data Engineering experts.

Finally, you will be invited for an immersion session in our offices.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
