ENTER THE GAME
Reporting directly to the Casino Games Manager, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Casino Games Specialist to join our Casino Games team. This role is responsible for managing, optimizing, and promoting our online casino game portfolio to ensure an engaging, compliant, and profitable player experience. The Casino Games Specialist acts as a bridge between game providers, internal teams, and marketing to drive performance, monitor KPIs, and deliver an outstanding gaming offering.

Game Portfolio Management
• Curate, launch, and sustain a high-performing game portfolio from diverse global providers.
• Plan and coordinate release schedules, negotiate promotional opportunities, and oversee the timely delivery of all game assets.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
• Monitor and interpret key performance metrics to assess game success and player engagement.
• Identify underperforming titles and implement targeted strategies to improve visibility, retention, and revenue.
Promotions & Campaign Development
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create, launch, and evaluate game-focused promotions, tournaments, and events.
Stakeholder & Partner Relations
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with game providers to secure exclusive content and early access releases.
• Work closely with product, design, and compliance teams to deliver seamless integration of new content and features.
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
• Ensure all games adhere to regulatory requirements.
Market Intelligence & Innovation
• Stay ahead of iGaming market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
• Propose and champion innovative game formats to boost player engagement and lifetime value.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Knowledge of online casino game mechanics, with at least 1 year of experience in the casino gaming industry and familiarity with leading providers.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret player behavior and analyze performance data to drive insights.
• Exceptional communication abilities, coupled with proven expertise in managing supplier relationships effectively.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving goals.
• Highly adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
If your application is shortlisted, Benoit will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes).
Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
Next, you will meet Alexander Portelli (Casino Games Manager), your future manager.
You will then carry out a use case with feedback to Alexander Portelli and Geoffroy Villot (Head of Casino)
Finally, Benoit will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
