About the role

At Luni, we build mobile apps that help millions of users improve their daily lives, from learning and productivity to wellbeing and entertainment.

As our portfolio continues to grow we are strengthening our Growth team to accelerate monetization and experimentation across multiple products.

We are hiring a Mobile Growth Manager to work alongside our existing expert and take full ownership of monetization performance on a significant part of the portfolio.

What you will do?

You will own and drive monetization performance for several mobile apps, with a strong focus on subscription growth and long-term value.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and running A/B tests and product experiments based on hypotheses, business goals and OKRs.

• Driving experimentation not only on onboarding, but across the full user journey (activation, conversion, retention, upsell).

• Continuously optimizing key metrics: conversion rate, LTV, ROAS, retention, payback .

• Analyzing deep user data (funnels, cohorts, pricing tests, paywalls, features impact).

• Identifying friction points and growth opportunities, and translating insights into concrete product actions.

• Working closely with Product Managers, Product teams, Marketing and Data to align priorities and execution.

• Contributing to the evolution of internal practices (monetization strategy, experimentation process, BI usage, tooling).

You will have strong ownership, autonomy, and direct business impact.

Who you are?

Must-have

• 2–4+ years of experience in mobile growth, monetization.

• Strong experience with mobile subscriptions (pricing, paywalls, trials, churn, retention).

• Solid analytical mindset:

  • Comfortable with funnels, cohorts, A/B testing, metrics analysis.

  • Able to translate data into product and business decisions.

• Strong product thinking: you look beyond surface metrics and understand user behavior.

• Excellent communication skills : able to explain complex topics clearly and pragmatically.

• Autonomous, proactive, ownership-driven.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Stripe, Paddle or similar payment providers .

• Exposure to ads monetization.

• Experience in high-scale consumer apps or fast-paced product environments.

• Proven examples of meaningful business impact through experimentation.
