Regional Marketing Manager France and Canada CDD 12 mois (d/f/m)
Regional Marketing Manager role at Leica Biosystems responsible for developing and executing field marketing strategies across France and Canada. The position involves market analysis, campaign execution, cross-functional collaboration, and new product launch support over a 12-month contract term.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with regional and global business objectives in both markets
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy
- Translate market insights into actionable recommendations using analytical tools and market models
- Partner with Sales, Commercial, and Marketing teams to execute campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives
- Support product launch execution through DBS Launch Excellence process and performance measurement
Requirements
- Field or product marketing experience in healthcare, medical technology, life sciences, or diagnostics
- Regional marketing experience in France and Canada or comparable international direct-market environments
- Demonstrated experience executing marketing plans with direct commercial teams
- Market analysis, strategy development, and integrated multi-country campaign execution skills
- Fluency in French and English with strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Regular travel capability within France, Canada, and EMEA locations
