ENTER THE GAME

As a manager of cyber defensive team, you will join the Global Security teams, to:

1. Lead, define and deploy the Defensive roadmap, based on our business and technical risks.
2. Manage the Cyber Defensive team.
3. Manage the IS supervision through protection, detection and reaction perspectives.
4. Promote continuous improvement.

YOUR RO LE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Design, coordinate and deploy global defensive roadmap in alignment with the organization's cybersecurity objectives.
• Maintain system health and ensure integration with other security and IT infrastructure components.
• Manage SOC and Secops teams activity. These two teams aim at supervising and monitoring our information system and critical assets, and leading security projects and initiatives.
• Manage incident response in coordination with SOC team and other security teams. Possibly be part of security crisis team if needed.
• Produce regular dashboards and reports for executive leadership, highlighting key metrics and trends.
• Manage and develop the Defensive team. Organize training programs to enhance technical skills and maintain high performance standards.
• Work closely with other Security teams (internal fraud, awareness...) and Betclic support functions (HR? legal...).
• Promote security culture from a defensive perspective.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a manager of defensive teams (SOC, Secops...).
• You are recognized for your ability to mentor engineers, build career paths, and recruit and develop talent in fast-paced environments.
• You possess strong strategic and organisational vision, with the great ability to work as a transversal team.
• You have strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• You are able to prioritise tasks and structure your work with a rigorous approach.
• You are highly proactive and able to adapt yourself to tech and business context.
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• And finally, you speak English fluently

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Sébastien will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Sophie - Global Security Director. Finally, Sébastien will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
