ENTER THE GAME
As a Product Manager in the Fraud & AML Product Team, your mission is to revolutionize our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes. You will play a key role in transforming operational workflows into scalable, industrialized processes that support Betclic's rapid growth.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC
In this role, your main missions will include:
1) Deeply u nderstand and optimize AML Processes
- Analyze existing AML workflows, pain points, and compliance requirements
- Design and implement scalable, automated solutions to align with regulatory and business needs.
- Benchmark best practices in AML process management and contribute to team-wide discussions.
2) Drive Business Process Transformation
- Lead the end-to-end transformation of AML processes, from discovery to implementation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Compliance, IT, Customer Service, Finance) to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Manage relationships with external partners (e.g., banks, regulators) to incorporate cutting-edge practices.
3) Contribute to Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Define the roadmap for AML process transformation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor and iterate on implemented solutions to ensure continuous improvement.
4) Leverage Data for Impact
- Use data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of AML processes.
- Conduct root-cause analyses in case of process failures or incidents.
- Utilize tools such as SQL to analyse and interpret data.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for passionate and driven professionals who thrive in dynamic environments. This job is for you if:
- You are an expert in business process design and optimization , with a proven track record in business process transformation , preferably in consulting roles, and ideally in regulated industries (gaming, banking, fintech, etc.).
- You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields, with 5+ years of experience in process improvement or transformation projects.
- You are methodical, analytical, and capable of managing complex projects end-to-end.
- You are data-driven and comfortable using process mapping tools and analytics (SQL knowledge is a plus)
- Knowledge of AML regulations, compliance, or financial services is a strong plus.
- You are fluent in English and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
- If your application is shortlisted, Elodie will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
- You will meet Simon, Head of Product , your future manager.
- Then, you will meet Emilie, Head of Product.
- Finally, Elodie will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes around 4 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
