ENTER THE GAME
As a .NET Developer , and part of one of our Squads , you will be responsible for building the best possible experience for our players through the quality of your work and the improvement of existing code .
At Betclic, technological performance is at the heart of everything we do:
- In-house developed applications for full control over the value chain: real-time segmentation, player protection through awareness and rule integration, risk detection, and more.
- User interfaces designed for an immersive player experience : highly secure, capable of handling massive traffic spikes, and integrating live-streamed sports events.
- Tech teams organized into autonomous squads and tribes , each responsible for a specific functional and technical domain, enabling end-to-end project ownership: development, load testing, delivery, and production monitoring (monitoring, alerting).
By joining our teams, you will become part of a Fullstack team with a DevOps mindset , allowing you to grow by working alongside Backend and Frontend developers, testers , and other complementary skill sets.

In this role, your main missions will be:
- Participate in the design and ensure the technical translation of User Stories
Develop APIs and AWS microservices in accordance with OpenAPI specifications
Contribute to improving code quality
Share best practices, challenges, and project progress with the team
Nice to have : Develop BackOffice pages using Angular 12 with Material Design
Depending on your experience level, mentor junior developers and support their technical growth

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!
This job is for you if:
- You have at least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in C#/.NET development
Ideally, you have some knowledge of the Angular framework
You are proficient in build chain automation, debugging/production monitoring techniques, and the use of unit testing and other development best practices
You are performance-oriented and have a solid understanding of security-related concerns
You are fluent in English or comfortable using it in a professional environment

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
If your application is selected, Mathilde will contact you within a week for a 30-minute HR pre-screening.
You will then be asked to take the AssessFirst test (personality, motivations, and reasoning). Within two weeks, you'll complete a technical test with one of our .NET experts. Next, you'll meet one of Betclic's Engineering Managers. Finally, Mathilde will welcome you for the final HR interview, where you'll go over your AssessFirst results together. To ensure the best candidate experience, Betclic's recruitment process typically lasts between 4 to 6 weeks.WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
