This job is for you if:

• You have at least 4 years of experience in a Research Ops or User Research role, with main responsibilities focused on managing the operational aspects of user research.

• You are passionate about optimizing research processes in general.

• You are comfortable managing participant panels, databases, testing platforms, and improving a research repository tool.

• You are proficient with user research management tools (such as Dovetail, UserTesting, Lookback, Maze, SurveyMonkey, etc.).

• You have an interest in AI and are curious about how it can improve, accelerate, or automate certain user research practices.

• You are autonomous, thorough, and well-organized.

• You are able to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Development, etc.).

• You are fluent in both spoken and written English.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

• If your application is selected, Pierre will contact you within a week for a 30-minute HR pre-screening.
• You'll then be asked to complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation, and reasoning).
• You'll meet with Manon – Lead User Researcher and Thomas – Chief Experience Officer.
• Then, you'll work on a use case and present your findings to the User Research team.
• Finally, Pierre will conduct the final HR interview and debrief your AssessFirst results with you.

To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process takes an average of 4 to 6 weeks.
