ENTER THE GAME

As a Brand Manager Assistant, you will join the Marketing France team and support the Senior Brand Manager in deploying the brand strategy across all touchpoints.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Participate in building the brand strategy (internal meetings and with our advertising agency)
  • Contribute to defining the brand's marketing plan across all French media
  • Support the team in producing campaign materials included in the marketing plan (TV, OOH, radio, digital campaigns, 360° brand activations, YouTube content, and more)
  • Assist in the day-to-day execution of campaigns and activations in coordination with a Brand Projects Manager
  • Help analyze the performance of campaigns and build post-campaign reports
  • Be a key point of contact for internal stakeholders (creative studio, social media, media buying team…) and external partners (ad agencies, production companies…)
  • Report regularly on your activities to your manager
  • Monitor competitors and stay up to date on market trends

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness, creativity and enthusiasm!

This apprenticeship is for you if:

  • You are at the end of your business school or university studies, ideally with a major in marketing
  • You already have a first internship experience of at least 6 months
  • You are genuinely curious about marketing
  • You understand and relate to the habits of our target audience
  • You are creative, rigorous, committed, and detail-oriented
  • You're not afraid to share your ideas and defend your vision

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

You will then meet Mathias, Senior Brand Manager, your future mentor.

Finally, Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 and 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
