ENTER THE GAME

As a Media Lead, you will join the Acquisition & Social team, composed of passionate experts across paid media and digital partnerships.

Your primary mission will be to build and nurture privileged relationships with key media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat…) to drive Growth, ensuring Betclic remains top-of-mind and benefits from early access to innovations, strategic support and customized opportunities.

Your role will also be to orchestrate our media presence across platforms, lead the organic social media framework and act as a strategic partner to key stakeholders (platforms, brand, and acquisition teams) to ensure innovative and high-performing media activations.

YOUR RO LE WITHIN BETCLIC

• Manage strategic initiatives: handle global agreements, roadmap discussions, and platform-specific strategic initiatives to secure early access to beta programs, product roadmaps, and high-level support.
• Stay ahead on platform knowledge: monitor each platform's media consumption insights, feature releases, and regional nuances to inform internal teams and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate partner engagements: organize regular business reviews and innovation workshops with media partners to foster alignment and surface growth opportunities.
• Drive social media strategy: lead the group-wide organic social media strategy, defining the overall framework, KPIs, and governance across markets and platforms.
• Enable local social teams: ensure local teams have the tools, guidance, and support to operate efficiently and consistently across all channels.
• Share social best practices: consolidate and disseminate learnings, methodologies, and successful approaches across countries to elevate group-wide performance.
• Spot creative opportunities: identify new ad formats and features with strong branding potential and coordinate testing efforts across markets.
• Support creative experimentation: help acquisition teams build and iterate on high-impact creative concepts, from early ideation to A/B testing.
• Champion creative & media excellence: act as the central relay for creative best practices, feedback loops, platform insights, and success stories.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

• You have 7+ years of experience in media strategy, social media or digital marketing
• You have a strong understanding of both paid and organic social ecosystems
• You are experienced in managing cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
• You are creative, organized and always looking for ways to elevate the impact of media
• You've worked closely with Meta, Google, Snapchat or TikTok and understand how to unlock value from these partnerships
• You are fluent in English and comfortable operating in an international environment

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Benoit RABAULT will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Then a 1 hour visio-call with your manager, Romain FOURNIER, Head of Acquisition & Social.

Within two weeks, you will work on a case study, which you will present to Romain FOURNIER, Head of Acquisition & Social, Paul CUMENAL, Growth Director and 1 member of the Acquisition & Social Team

Finally, Benoit will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
