About the role

We’re looking for a Community Manager & Organic Growth Intern to help our micro-drama app Shorts scale its organic social media presence.

You’ll work on both community management and content operations, with a strong focus on short-form content, internet culture, and AI-powered content production.

This role requires someone autonomous, reactive, organized, and genuinely passionate about social media ecosystems and viral consumer content.

What you will do?

Community Management

You will manage Shorts ’ official social accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning and managing the editorial calendar

• Maintaining a consistent publishing rhythm (minimum 1 post/day)

• Creating content autonomously in CapCut when needed

• Publishing content across platforms and developing Stories activity

• Managing community engagement: comments, DMs, moderation

• Spotting trends and reacting quickly

• Proposing new content formats, recurring concepts, and creative ideas

• Monitoring competitors and social media trends

• Tracking engagement and growth metrics

Social Content Scaling

You will also support organic content distribution initiatives across Shorts and other apps.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Adapting and repurposing content using AI tools

• Supporting publishing and content operations

• Coordinating editorial planning across multiple accounts

• Improving workflows to increase speed and scalability

• Helping scale content production efficiently without sacrificing creativity

Who you are?

Hard Skills

• Fluent written English (mandatory)

• Strong proficiency with CapCut and ability to edit content autonomously

• Very comfortable with consumer AI tools (video, subtitles, etc.) and able to quickly learn new tools

• Strong understanding of social media culture and platform codes: TikTok, Reels, YT Shorts, Facebook

Bonus points if you:

• Enjoy storytelling, drama, entertainment, or viral content ecosystems

• Already have some experience in community management

Soft Skills

• Ownership mindset: able to manage projects independently without constant follow-up

• Organized and reliable: able to maintain consistent execution

• Flexible and adaptable: comfortable switching between creative and operational tasks

• Strong communicator: able to share what works, what doesn’t, and ask for help when needed

• Curious and reactive: always paying attention to trends, formats, and platform evolution
