Airbus Atlantic Composites programs are facing a significant and very exciting production rate growth challenge to support a very dynamic market. Fully integrated into the program organization, the PMO will support all activities that will enable the Program to achieve its competitiveness objectives. Within an agile, motivated and high-performing team, you will interact directly with all major company functions: Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Central Management Control, Supply Chain, Purchasing… and industrial implementation aspects of the company. As a pilot, you will assist the Program Manager in organizing, animating, and monitoring the activities of the Multifunctional Team (MFT). Integrated into the Program organization, he/she will be functionally responsible for products/projects and will fully contribute to the efficiency of the flow to ensure the production of AA deliverables. As such, you will then be required to: * Support the Program Manager on the Program's Competitiveness Objectives (ROI, Financial Analysis, LBIP+ Gates Monitoring with Project Managers, Quick Win Projects) * Animate and coordinate the multifunctional team (MFT) on the Programs * Ensure the achievement of objectives: Performance, Quality (OQD), Deadlines (OTD), Financial (Profit & Loss) on the Programs * Ensure the relationship and guarantee the satisfaction of internal/external customers in an international context on the Programs * Define the charge/capacity adequacy of its activities in collaboration with the production unit manager (series life) or the technical manager (development) and set up the associated organization to meet the delivery schedule/project milestones * Lead via the Risk & Opportunity; Opportunity approach of programs * Manage crises, allocate resources and consolidate improvement and/or recovery plans on the TQCD aspects of the allocated programs * Lead continuous improvement projects * Reporting and escalation Programs under responsibility: A220 NLGD and AEB, as well as A320 NLGD Integration and analysis of time, cost, resource, and quality data. Program/project planning and scheduling, including breakdown structures. Risk and opportunity management. Performance monitoring (milestone tracking), control and reporting, reviews of different phases. Configuration control of contractual data / change management. Management of the implementation of PM processes and tools.
