As our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will report directly to the Chief People Officer and lead the evolution of Talent Acquisition across the Group.
You will define the vision, elevate recruitment standards and position Talent Acquisition as a trusted advisor to the business. From workforce planning to executive hiring, from employer branding to AI-powered recruitment, you will build a modern, scalable and high-performing Talent Acquisition function that supports Betclic's ambitious international growth.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC
In this role, your main missions will be:
Define the future of Talent Acquisition
- Design and execute Betclic's global Talent Acquisition strategy, fully aligned with our business ambitions.
- Translate workforce planning into scalable and forward-looking hiring strategies.
- Anticipate future capability needs to ensure Betclic remains ahead of the market.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines for strategic and business-critical positions.
Elevate hiring excellence across the Group
- Define recruitment governance, methodologies and hiring standards across all countries.
- Create a world-class candidate experience that reflects the Betclic employer brand.
- Increase assessment quality and consistency through structured selection frameworks.
- Simplify and continuously optimise recruitment processes to improve agility and effectiveness.
Build a data & AI-driven recruitment organisation
- Develop meaningful recruitment dashboards and performance indicators.
- Use hiring data to improve quality of hire, speed, productivity and business impact.
- Leverage market intelligence and external benchmarking to anticipate recruitment trends.
- Drive the adoption of AI and automation to empower recruiters and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Become a strategic business partner
- Advise senior leaders and executives on critical hiring decisions.
- Challenge organisational needs through workforce planning insights.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and HR Country Hubs Directors on organisational design and talent strategy.
- Contribute to strategic transformation projects where talent is a key success factor.
Inspire and develop the Talent Acquisition community
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing international Talent Acquisition team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability and continuous learning.
- Connect Talent Acquisition communities across countries to share expertise and best practices.
- Position Talent Acquisition as a recognised Centre of Excellence within Betclic.

- You are fluent in English and French.
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
If your application is shortlisted, Elodie will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
Next, you will meet the Chief People Officer, your future manager, followed by members of the Executive Leadership Team.
As part of the recruitment process, you may also be invited to present your vision of Talent Acquisition and discuss a strategic business case related to organisational growth and transformation.
Finally, our Talent Acquisition team will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
