ENTER THE GAME

As a Senior Content Designer – French-speaking you will join the dynamic and innovative CX Content team, which includes two Localization Managers. Reporting directly to the CX Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of our digital products through clear and impactful written content.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Product Designers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Localization Managers, UX Researchers, Design Ops, and the Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams, to ensure our user interfaces reflect our product identity, tone of voice, and deliver an exceptional experience.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Content Design Strategy : Develop and maintain Content Design standards to ensure consistent and effective communication across all platforms (style guides, glossaries, Design System, content library...).
• User Experience : Collaborate with Product, Design, UX Research, and Data teams to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors in order to create content that improves experience and engagement.
• UX Writing and Microcopy : Write clear, concise (very concise), and impactful copy for mobile apps and desktop interfaces.
• Conversational Design : Improve chatbot experiences by refining conversational flows and enhancing content for smoother user interactions.
• Technical Writing : Help Compliance, Safer Gaming, Fraud, and Trading teams standardize similar content categories and simplify complex concepts for customers (game rules, betting rules...).
• Product Marketing : Write engaging content that highlights product features and encourages adoption.
• Localization : Work with Localization Managers to adapt content for different markets while ensuring consistency and cultural relevance.
• Processes : Develop and optimize content management processes, including co-designing user experiences with design teams and setting up validation loops with legal and QA teams.
• TMS Management : Manage and optimize content using our translation management system to ensure content quality.
• Industry Watch and Benchmarking : Stay up to date on industry trends, AI developments, and best practices in Content Design, and share insights with the team to foster continuous improvement.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

• You have at least 5 years of proven experience as a Content Designer or in a similar role.
• You've contributed to strategic documentation for setting Content Design standards (Style guides, Design Systems, Glossaries...).
• You have strong writing and editing skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
• You can adapt your writing style to different contexts and platforms while maintaining editorial consistency.
• You have a user-centric approach and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders.
• You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• You are interested in user research and capable of conducting product content tests, with a solid understanding of UX/UI principles.
• You're comfortable with content management systems (CMS), design and localization tools, and collaboration platforms (Figma, Airtable, Miro, Phrase...).
• You're capable of setting up processes and collaborating with Localization Managers in other countries to adapt product content.
• And finally, you speak English fluently.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Pierre will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Within a few days, you'll receive a case study to work on and present to the Content Design team.

You will then meet Anaïs, your future manager, followed by Lucien – Head of Product Design, and Thomas – Chief Experience Officer.

Finally, Pierre will hold the final HR interview and debrief your AssessFirst test results with you.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
