Content Designer (French Speaker) F/M - Fixed-term 5 months

--> This position is possible in remote, with a requirement to be on-site at the Bordeaux office two days every two weeks (travel and accommodation expenses are covered).

ENTER THE GAME

As a Content Designer (French Speaker) , you will join the Content Design & Localization team, composed of Content Designers and Localization Managers, whose mission is to craft clear, consistent and impactful product experiences across all Betclic platforms.

In close collaboration with Product teams, you will shape user journeys through high-quality UX writing while contributing to the development of AI-driven and conversational experiences. You will play a key role in ensuring content clarity, consistency and scalability across markets.

YOUR RO LE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

Content Design & UX Writing

• Write and optimize clear, concise and user-centric content across web and mobile interfaces
• Simplify complex and regulated topics (compliance, betting rules, safer gaming) into accessible user-facing content
• Ensure consistency of tone, voice and terminology across all touchpoints

Content Strategy & Design Systems

• Define, maintain and evolve Content Design standards (style guide, design system, glossaries)
• Contribute to building scalable and reusable content frameworks
• Ensure alignment of content practices across markets in collaboration with Localization Managers

AI & Conversational Experiences

• Improve conversational experiences (chatbots, assistants, conversational flows)
• Contribute to AI-related content (prompt design, tone of voice, training inputs)
• Explore and integrate best practices in AI-driven content experiences

Collaboration & Product Integration

• Work closely with Product, Design and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences
• Use user insights and data to continuously improve content clarity, usability and engagement
• · Support the integration of content into the product development lifecycle

Processes & Continuous Improvement

• Structure and improve content workflows (creation, validation, QA)
• Ensure content quality and scalability across all products and markets
• Stay up to date with Content Design, UX Writing and AI best practices

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

• You have experience in Content Design, UX Writing or similar roles
• You have already worked on content guidelines, design systems or editorial frameworks
• You have excellent writing and editing skills (native French and fluent English – C1+)
• You have a good understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design
• You are comfortable working with design tools such as Figma
• You are able to translate complex topics into clear and user-friendly content
• You have strong collaboration and communication skills
• You are able to manage multiple projects and priorities

Bonus

• You are familiar with AI tools or conversational design
• You have experience working with a TMS (e.g. Phrase)

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Elodie will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

About two weeks later, you will work on a case study to present to Anaïs – Lead Content Design.

Next, you will meet Thomas – Chief Experience Officer, your future manager.

Finally, Elodie will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
