ENTER THE GAME

Within the Legal team, you will work under the direction of the Head of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) to actively contribute to the implementation and management of Betclic Group's Compliance framework.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 

In this context, your missions are as follows:

• Analyze and process daily escalations of level 2 AML/CTF alerts
• Prepare and draft suspicious activity reports to be submitted to the MLROs, supporting your analysis
• Prepare and respond to requests from the police or judiciary as needed
• Actively participate in identifying improvement opportunities and implementing them

More specifically, as a Senior, you will be responsible for:

• Training new arrivals and monitoring their onboarding/skills development
• Participating in projects to develop AML department tools and processes
• Contributing to quality assurance (QA) for analyses
• Monitoring quality and decisions made by work-study studen

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm! 

This job is for you if:

• You have at least 5 years of operational experience in banking, insurance, or gambling in a similar role
• You are familiar with regulations, processes, and methods related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing
• You are recognized for your organizational, analytical, and synthesis skills, and you have strong writing and interpersonal skills
• You have a real critical and practical sense
• Autonomy and initiative are qualities that will allow you to succeed fully in your role
• You have a good command of office tools and filtering tools
• And finally, you speak fluent English (daily exchanges in English)

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

• If your application is selected, you will be contacted by Mathilde within a week for an HR prequalification (30 minutes).
• We will then ask you to complete the AssessFirst Test (personality, motivations, and reasoning).
• You will then meet Simon - Team Lead Investigation AML/CTF, your future manager, followed by Stéphanie - Head of AML.
• Finally, Mathilde will receive you for a final HR interview, and you will take the opportunity to debrief your AssessFirst Test together.
