ENTER THE GAME
As Game Integrity Manager, your main responsibility is to ensure the integrity of all poker games offered on Betclic. You will play a key role in maintaining Betclic Poker's reputation as one of the safest and most trustworthy platforms, by guaranteeing a fair and transparent experience for all players.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be: 

Team Management

• Lead and coordinate a team of Game Integrity specialists to ensure a high and consistent level of service for Betclic customers, in line with company policies and guidelines.

• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop team members while raising awareness across all departments about game integrity challenges.

• Conduct regular individual and team performance evaluations to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.

Game Integrity Assurance

• Conduct regular reviews of existing processes and procedures, and suggest improvements to strengthen fraud detection and prevention.

• Investigate and analyze complex fraud cases to prevent financial loss and protect the company's reputation.

• Ensure that all potential fraud cases are handled appropriately and in accordance with established procedures.

• Calculate and issue compensation to players impacted by fraud, following the applicable rules and guidelines.

Documentation & Reporting

• Create and maintain up-to-date documentation and templates related to game integrity processes.

• Provide regular reports to the leadership team on the department's activities and outcomes.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

This job is for you if: 

• Proven experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. 
• Strong knowledge of poker games and issues related to online game integrity.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• And finally, you speak English fluently 

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

 If your application is shortlisted, Pierre or Clémence will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning). 

Next, you will meet Massimiliano - Head of Poker, your future manager, followed by Julie - director Of Casino & Poker. 

Finally, Pierre or Clémence will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together. 

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
