Spécialiste Recherche Clinique Terrain F/H - CDD 7 mois
Medtronic seeks a clinical research specialist to manage pre- and post-commercialization studies in cardiac electrophysiology across France. The role involves coordinating investigator sites, ensuring protocol compliance, and supporting patient recruitment and data quality for innovative heart rhythm therapies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operational implementation and monitoring of pre- and post-commercialization clinical studies
- Identify, select, and support investigator sites and participating centers throughout study lifecycle
- Organize training, activation, monitoring, and closure activities for investigator centers
- Assist sites with patient recruitment and follow-up to optimize enrollment and data quality
- Attend initial implantations and select study visits to support data collection and protocol execution
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in clinical research, life sciences, or biomedical field
- Minimum 4 years clinical research experience, preferably in medical devices industry
- Proven experience managing clinical trials and monitoring investigator sites
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French and English
- Autonomous, well-organized, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently
- Willingness to travel frequently across France (up to 60% of time)
