ENTER THE GAME

Under the supervision of the Gaming Art Director and supported by a Senior Graphic Designer, you will join a passionate design team driven by sports and gaming as a Graphic Design Assistant.

We are looking for someone who can execute day-to-day campaigns with excellence, while also being curious, creative, and eager to contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative workshops. We highly value a profile that thrives in a collaborative environment, contributes to the team's creative energy, and delivers high-quality assets.

You will also work closely with our Gaming Creative Producer, who leads creative production and coordinates asset delivery across marketing teams.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Contribute to the creation of communication campaigns for Gaming (Poker and Casino)
• Participate in the design of various visual communication materials
• Bring innovation and creative energy to the design team
• Contribute to ongoing graphic and creative trend monitoring

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

This apprenticeship is for you if:

• You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in graphic design, visual communication, or a related creative field
• You have a first experience in design (internship or freelance)
• You are a all-kinds-of-gaming enthusiast (poker, casino, mobile games, video games, board games…) and know our brand well
• You are very curious and have a strong eye for cinematographic composition
• You are proficient in Photoshop and Figma
• You also know how to use other useful design tools (Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint…)
• You are comfortable using A.I, curious about it and able to use it well
• You are creative, proactive, and full of ideas
• You speak English well enough to collaborate with international team members

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Julien, your future mentor, and another member of the team. A short 15-minute design test will be part of this step.

Finally, Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes around 4 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
