**Job Description:** **Reporting to the QSC (Quality Supply Chain) department, you will join a dynamic team at the heart of industrial challenges.** **Your main missions** _"Under the supervision of your N+1, you will develop skills in the following areas"_: **Implementation of KPI indicators** * **- Monitoring Performance** (KPIs): * Creation of a management tool for global Supply Chain Quality steering (Standardizing the same methodology as the AIRBUS Atlantic group) for supplier performance analysis (Non-conformity rate, PPM, defect typology, OQD, program typology, strategic status, panel, per supplier, etc.) using Power BI or similar. * **- Transforming raw audit and non-conformity data, Quality Alerts, and derogations into visual indicators (KPIs) to facilitate decision-making during steering committees and supplier reviews.** * Implementation of a KPI indicator for managing NCS, Quality Alerts, and derogations. **Deployment of the Google Suite** * **- Redesign of all QSC network data on the drive with the creation of an organizational structure.** **Development Quality Assurance:** * **- Contribute to improving the management of FAIs - First Article Inspection.** * Management FAI: * Supplier steering to enable FAI file analysis. * Communication to all suppliers via letter regarding FAI file expectations. * Implementation of a KPI indicator on encountered problems (NC data, missing files, concerned suppliers, etc.). **Steering the flow of non-conforming supplier parts in the warehouse** * **- Reduction of items blocked in LOT QM (part deviation due to non-quality).** * Implementation of a KPI indicator on QM lots awaiting decision (Status? What is the reason for blocking, where are the parts located, Quantity, ZB number, etc.). **Steering FIQ (Quality Info Sheet) - regulatory and technical conformity of items.** * Management of Item Sheets: * Analysis of quality parameters in the ERP to ensure that FIQs are only requested for products that require them. **Potential additional missions** **SGR / Unique List / Processes** * Unique List * Monitoring/updating of the file regarding the validity of supplier certifications. * SGR * Status of suppliers who have responded with associated scoring. * Finalization of processes, Instructions. **Required Profile** * Education: Student in a specialized Bachelor's degree (Quality, Supply Chain, or Production Management). **Technical Skills:** * Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, etc.). * Google Workspace and ideally POWER BI and SAP software. **Soft Skills:** * Rigor and tenacity: The aerospace sector does not tolerate approximations. * Interpersonal skills: Diplomacy with suppliers. * Team spirit as you will interact with all business lines. * Analytical mind: Ability to transform raw data into a concrete action plan. **Why join us?** * Discovery of a high-tech industrial environment. * Potential apprenticeship opportunities.
