ENTER THE GAME

As a Language Quality Assistant, you'll join a team where creativity, clarity, and user impact come first. You'll help elevate the voice of our products, ensuring every piece of content feels sharp, consistent, and truly helpful for our users. In this role, you'll grow alongside localization and content experts, contribute to shaping our global content culture, and play a key part in delivering experiences that feel effortless—wherever our users are.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Review and suggest corrections for the pivot language (English) in Phrase, for both existing and new content
• Assist with maintaining Standards Documentation (Content Style Guide, glossaries, and other content standards) and keeping it up to date
• Help verify that content in the app is aligned with the defined standards and identify opportunities for improvement
• Help train AI assistants in Phrase and Enterprise GPT by updating datasets and improving examples
• Support onboarding of Product Owners and freelance linguists by explaining the localisation process and tools (such as Phrase)

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This apprenticeship is for you if:

• You are pursuing a degree in communication, linguistics, UX writing, translation/localization, content strategy, or a related field
• You have excellent writing skills in English and French, and you enjoy working on both
• You're excited about crafting clear, consistent content and refining language to make products feel effortless
• You're rigorous, organized, and comfortable maintaining documentation and standards
• You're curious about how content, language, and AI work together to improve user experiences
• You enjoy exploring tools, processes, and helping others understand how they work
• You love teamwork: you listen actively, ask smart questions, and aren't afraid to share ideas
• Bonus: you're into sports and/or gaming

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

• If your application is shortlisted, Elodie will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes).
• Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
• You will then meet your future manager, Anais - Content Designer, followed by Joao and Kamila - Content Localization Managers.
• Finally, Elodie will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
• The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
