ENTER THE GAME

As an HRIS and People Data Specialist , you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of Betclic's HR systems and people data. Working at the crossroads of HR, IT, and business teams, you will help transform people data into meaningful insights, support key HR processes, and contribute to building a stronger data-driven culture across the organization.

YOUR RO LE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

1. HRIS Administration & Data Governance 

Act as a key user and subject matter expert for the HR Information System (HRIS). 

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of employee data across HR platforms. 

Perform regular data quality audits and implement corrective actions when needed. 

Manage user access rights and coordinate HRIS-related support requests with internal IT teams and external vendors. 

Maintain HRIS documentation, processes, and user guidelines. 

Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and data governance practices. 

2. HRIS Projects & System Enhancements 

Support the implementation and rollout of new HRIS modules and functionalities, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance and Talent Management. 

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. 

Partner closely with HR, IT, and external vendors throughout project lifecycles. 

Coordinate testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live support. 

Drive adoption of new tools and processes across the organization. 

3. People Analytics & HR Reporting 

Design, automate, and maintain HR dashboards and reporting solutions. 

Monitor key people metrics including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, diversity, recruitment, learning, talent, and compensation. 

Deliver regular and ad-hoc analyses to support HR and business decision-making. 

Ensure consistency, integrity, and relevance of HR data and reporting. 

Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. 

4. Support Key People Processes 

Support annual HR cycles through system administration and reporting: 

Performance Review campaigns 

Compensation and Salary Review processes 

Workforce Planning and Budgeting 

Talent and Succession Reviews 

Ensure data readiness and process efficiency throughout these cycles. 

5. User Support & Enablement 

Train and support HR teams, managers, and employees on HR systems and reporting tools. 

Serve as a primary point of contact for HRIS-related questions and troubleshooting. 

Promote data-driven decision-making and best practices in HR systems usage. 

Contribute to the development of a strong HR data culture across Betclic. 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if you have:

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in HRIS, People Analytics, HR Operations, or HR Project Management
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong knowledge of AI and its applications in HR
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into actionable business insights
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and quality
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in written and spoken in both English & French

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Benoit will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes).

Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Jessica (Total Rewards & People Operations Director) and Anne Claire (Head of People Operations) and performe a use case.

Then you will meet one of our HR leaders.

Finally, Benoit will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
