You will be an intern on the Customer Delight team at Back Market supporting operational efficiency for the Customer Care, Shipping & Seller Quality teams.

We act as the performance accelerators, combining technical expertise with operational knowledge to improve team and individual efficiency across Back Market's global operations.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT):

• 40%: Automation & Operational Efficiency

  • Key action(s): Support the identification, prioritization, and creation of automation opportunities across Customer Delight, based on factors such as frequency, manual effort, and potential time saved.

  • Contribute to the testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of automations, workflows, and AI agents built with tools such as Dust, Workato, or similar platforms.

  • Help improve processes by applying Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement methodologies, and by sharing ideas, observations, and practical solutions with stakeholders.

• 40% Business & Data analysis

  • Assist with the automation of recurring reporting, data collection, analysis, and other operational tasks.

  • Help build and test automated insights and reports to ensure they are accurate, actionable, and useful for the teams who receive them.

  • Contribute to root cause analyses to better understand operational pain points and identify opportunities for sustainable improvement.

  • Assist the team in monitoring key performance indicators and operational efficiency metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• 20% AI Adoption & Support

  • Support the Operations Efficiency Specialist in promoting the use of AI and automation tools across Customer Delight teams.

  • Help prepare simple examples, guides, and training materials to support the onboarding of internal teams to AI tools and workflows.

  • Collect feedback from users and help identify barriers to adoption or opportunities to improve existing use cases.

Bonus point :

• Familiar with Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement methodologies

• Experience with workflow automation or AI tools

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

• You are pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Data, or a related field, with an internship agreement.

• You are interested in using data, process analysis, technology, automation, and AI to improve how teams work.

• You are comfortable with, or willing to learn, tools such as SQL, Google Sheets, Omnii, Dust, and Workato.

• You have an analytical, organized, and autonomous mindset, with strong problem-solving skills.

• You enjoy understanding operational processes and explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences.

• You are fluent in spoken and written English and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Additional languages and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement are a plus.

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP: ℹ️

• Starting date : January 2027

• Duration : 6 months

• Full-time internship (35h/week - Monday to Friday)

• Location : Bordeaux, France
