ENTER THE GAME

As a Red Team Operator, you will join a passionate offensive cybersecurity team dedicated to testing and strengthening the resilience of our systems. You will collaborate with experts to simulate realistic attacks and identify strategic vulnerabilities in an innovative and challenging environment.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Planning and executing attack simulations:

You will conduct Red Team operations to simulate advanced threat scenarios, targeting assets, infrastructure, and both internal and external users.

• Adversary emulation:

You will replicate the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) of real-world cyber attackers to uncover weaknesses in our defense mechanisms and response capabilities.

• Identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities:

You will detect security flaws across systems, applications, and equipment, and carry out realistic attack demonstrations to highlight risks and propose tailored, actionable remediation strategies.

• Performing penetration testing:

You will assess our network, application, and physical security controls through targeted and well-documented penetration testing campaigns.

• Developing custom tools:

You will design custom tools, scripts, and exploits to strengthen the Red Team's capabilities and optimize attack simulation processes.

• Reporting and recommendations:

You will create clear, detailed, and actionable reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, including identified vulnerabilities, successful attack scenarios, and prioritized remediation strategies.

• Collaboration with internal teams:

You will work closely with the Blue Team, Cloud, and DevOps teams to enhance detection and response capabilities. You'll also contribute to mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge within the team.

• Strategic and technical watch:

You will stay up to date on emerging threats, attack techniques, and defense strategies, and actively participate in trainings, conferences, and research activities to stay at the forefront of your field.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

• You hold a degree from an engineering or computer science school, or equivalent 

• You have1 to 3 years of solid experience in offensive security projects (Red Teaming, pentesting), or vulnerability analysis. Experience in cloud-based offensive security is a plus.
• You are proficient in programming languages such as Python, C, and C++.
• You are rigorous, with a strong analytical mindset capable of understanding complex scenarios and proposing effective solutions.
• You know how to structure and prioritize your work, and you have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You hold (or are pursuing)security certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, OSCE3, CRTO, or equivalent – a definite plus.
• And finally, you speak English fluently
  

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Sébastien will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Adrien Zoghbi, followed by Sofiane-Maxime your future manager.

Finally, Sébastien will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
