ENTER THE GAME

Join our Casino Games team in Bordeaux as a Casino Games & Delivery Assistant and help shape the gaming experience of millions of players.

Working closely with the Casino Games Manager and key stakeholders, you will contribute to game launches, portfolio management, performance analysis, and operational delivery across multiple markets.

This internship is a unique opportunity to gain a 360° understanding of the online casino industry while developing skills in project management, digital operations, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC
As a Casino Games & Delivery Assistant, your main mission will be to support the Casino Games team in ensuring that Betclic's casino portfolio is engaging, well-managed, accurately delivered, compliant, and performance driven.

You will work closely with both the Casino Games Specialist and the Games Delivery Expert on the following missions.

Casino Portfolio & Performance Support :

You will help the Casino Games Specialist maintain and optimise Betclic's online casino game portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the planning and coordination of new game launches.
• Maintain and organise game-related content, assets, and documentation.
• Assist in the execution of promotions, tournaments, and engagement campaigns.
• Monitor game performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation.
• Conduct market and competitor research to stay on top of industry trends and innovations.
• Liaise with game providers to collect launch information and marketing materials.

⚙Game Delivery & Operational Support :

You will also support the Games Delivery Expert in the smooth operational delivery of casino games to market.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the operational delivery of casino games across multiple markets.
• Help coordinate release schedules, approvals, certifications, and launch requirements.
• Review game categorisation, metadata, and lobby configurations to ensure a seamless player experience.
  
• Participate in game testing and quality checks before launch.
• Track and escalate issues identified during launches and post-release monitoring.

You'll work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Design, Compliance, and external game providers to ensure successful game launches and promotional activities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This internship is for you if:

• You are currently studying Business, Marketing, Digital, Product Management, Data Analytics, Gaming, or a related field.
• You are passionate about digital products, online gaming, player experience, and the fast-paced world of iGaming.
• You are organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You enjoy working with data and are curious about performance, user behaviour, and business KPIs.
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with different teams and external partners.
• You are proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions.
• You thrive in dynamic environments where accuracy and attention to detail are key.
• You are fluent in English; French is a plus.

Nice to Have : Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence, testing processes, gaming platforms, or back-office tools is a plus, but not required.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes).
Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
You will then meet your future manager, Alex - Casino Games Manager.
Finally, Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
