CRM Performance Analyst & Project Manager
• Deep dive into business metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities through the analysis of player behavior, and forecast business targets on a monthly basis.
• Translate analytical findings into clear strategic recommendations and concrete action plans to improve retention and player engagement.
• Work closely with Data teams (DA, DE, DS) to ensure the right initiatives are prioritized (discovery process) and that performance is tracked using appropriate measurement frameworks and tools to efficiently optimize growth strategies. Project Management
• Lead strategic CRM projects from initiation to execution, ensuring successful delivery by clearly defining scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
• Foster open communication within the project team, ensuring all members remain informed, engaged, and aligned with project objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate and engage cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Growth, Data) to ensure seamless collaboration, timely delivery, effective resource allocation, and proactive plan adjustments when needed.
• Identify opportunities to enhance CRM strategy, processes, and overall user experience.
• Provide clear and concise progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks, and required adjustments.
• Communicate complex concepts in a simple and impactful manner, enabling faster decision-making and stronger cross-team alignment. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Project Management Skills: experience leading and executing cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Multi-tasking Ability: the capability to manage multiple priorities and ensure all projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
• Stakeholder Engagement: strong skills in coordinating and engaging stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure collaboration and successful project execution.
• Agile Mindset: the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and pivot when necessary.
• Risk Management Abilities: the capability to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in CRM, RevOps, Growth, or Performance roles within a digital B2C environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, with hands-on experience defining and monitoring KPIs, leveraging dashboards, and using market insights to drive performance optimization and growth. SQL proficiency is a plus, but not required.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and translate them into structured, simple, and actionable solutions.
• Fluency in English & French. WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
• If your application is selected, Benoit will contact you within 2 weeks to conduct an HR prequalification interview (30 minutes).
• You will meet Anne-Tiphaine, Senior CRM Team Leader, your future manager
• You will be asked to complete the AssessFirst Test, which evaluates your personality, motivations, and reasoning abilities.
• You will be given a case study to work on to present to your future manager and Colin, Head of CRM
• You will meet with Salvatore, Senior CRM Manager and Olivier, Senior Data Analyst Manager.
• Finally, Benoit will conduct a final HR interview where you will also discuss the results of your AssessFirst Test. To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically lasts 6 to 8 weeks . WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
